My goal is to help students articulate what their dream job looks like and give them the practical tools to go get it. I view the classroom as a rehearsal for my students’ careers and structure each course around that philosophy.

HR Analytics and Agentic AI
Coming Spring 2027
Students learn to use R and HR analytics to turn messy organizational data into evidence about important questions, including employee selection, discrimination in hiring, and employee well-being. They also gain hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, MCPs, agents, and workflows, preparing them to use cutting-edge AI tools to automate complex tasks, improve decisions, and work more effectively in both their professional and personal lives.
Human Resource Management

Covers job analysis and design, recruitment, selection, employee management, and compensation. Students leave with an updated resume, a LinkedIn outreach message, and a refined elevator pitch.

Focuses on self-awareness, leadership development, and effective organizational collaboration. Students develop a language for understanding how organizations work and how to work within them.
