My Research
My work sits at the intersection of well-being, working parents, and organizational behavior, with a focus on longitudinal methods and meta-analysis. I publish in journals including Psychological Bulletin and the Journal of Applied Psychology. I'm always open to conversations about collaboration, methodology, or pipeline work.
